Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or Email.
You can track your order status using the provided tracking details.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes.
NavPoshak reserves the right to accept or reject COD orders based on serviceability and order history.

Damaged package
Incorrect delivery details

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. NavPoshak will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address or contact information.

Undelivered / RTO Orders

If an order is returned to us due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
